Each order for goods is considered an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. Goods will not be dispatched or put on backorder until payment is received in full, which includes any bank transfer charges payable by the customer. Partial payment due to unpaid bank transfer charges may result in delays and further expenses.
Pricing
We strive to maintain accurate prices and information on this website. However, information may change unexpectedly, so we reserve the right to modify specifications and prices on the website without notice. In the rare event that the price of an item ordered through the online shop has changed, we will attempt to honor the price shown at the time of ordering. If there is a substantial increase or discrepancy in price between the intended price by 90Parts.com and the price displayed on the website due to misprinting, we will contact you to agree on a new price before accepting payment. If you do not agree to the new price, we reserve the right to withdraw from the transaction.
Delivery
Shipments will typically be dispatched within one week of receiving payment if all items are in stock. Larger or more complex shipments may experience delays, of which you will be notified.
We utilize PostNL or DHL courier service for shipments, and our liability ceases upon handing over your shipment to either of these courier services.
Claims for damaged, lost, or undelivered goods must be pursued with the relevant courier company by the buyer. 90Parts.com cannot be held responsible and is unable to process any claims on your behalf.
We will strive to deliver goods within the agreed timescale, but delays may occur that are beyond our control. Any delivery dates provided are approximate, and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from any delivery delays.
In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you and attempt to agree on a new delivery date. If we cannot agree on a new delivery date, you will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. However, if an item is specially manufactured for you and production has commenced, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we would be unable to sell the item within a reasonable time.
We retain the right to cancel any order at any time, and if payment has been made, we aim to provide a full refund within 7 days. Stock ranges on this website may be changed or amended at any time without prior notice, and if you have paid for a product that we no longer stock, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
Order Processing and Shipping
Any order canceled by the customer after order confirmation will incur a handling and restocking surcharge of 10% of the total parts order.
Shipments will typically be dispatched within one week of receiving payment if all items are in stock. For larger or more complex shipments this may take longer. We appreciate your patience in such cases. If you are unwilling to wait, we suggest refraining from placing the order.
While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, delays beyond our control or due to high workload may occur. We cannot be held liable for missing a deadline unless we have been informed of it and agreed to deliver by that deadline.
We offer two shipping methods, PostNL and DHL, both of which include tracking options. Our liability ends once your shipment is handed over to either of these courier services, and any claims for damaged, lost, or undelivered goods must be pursued directly with the relevant courier company by the buyer.
We are not responsible for misuse or incorrect application by the user, and we will not accept responsibility for any fitting costs associated with warranty items.
